He already lost the case 3 years ago. He didn’t want to pay so he wanted to appeal and the courts needed the settlement money set aside for whatever reason. They didnt overturn the ruling so the money was awarded. He didn’t release the money to her the courts did and you can bet he’s still out there defaming her and setting himself up for more lawsuits from her for that.
There are so many other people he has defamed, they could put together a class-action lawsuit against him.
So we need to force the money into the hands of a third party before he gets the chance to fuck them over.
