Had a heart attack 2 1\2 months ago, didn’t know I was having one, thought it was indigestion, after a day and a half it was only getting worse, drove myself to the hospital, they gave me an EKG and said I was having a heart attack. They had to send me to different hospital for a stent, 30% of the bottom left side of my heart is now dead. 20% EF. Had a complete blockage in my lad. If I had gone in when the symptoms 1st started my heart wouldn’t be all screwed up. It’s better to be safe than sorry. I’m only 58.

The things or services I pay with my cc don’t have cash discounts, so no reason to use cash, if you pay them off every month and never carry a balance the cc company doesn’t make money off of my use and pay me to use their money. I had a heart attack about 6 weeks ago. They put a stent in one of my arteries on the left side of my heart. All of my numbers that they look at were in normal range, ldl, a1c, triglycerides, etc. My blood pressure was normal and my heart beat runs low. No indication that I have heart disease. I rarely eat beef, mostly chicken and lean cuts of pork. I believe it was caused by stress and inflammation. To much salt in food is what causes the excess inflammation. Food manufacturers and the restaurant industry use way to much salt, it’s crazy how much some items have. These idiots in Washington don’t really care about us, they actually want to reduce the population in this country, because less people are easier to control. The numbers aren’t on their side right now. It’s all in the project 2025 plan. Enough ranting for today.
