For a low-budget direct-to-video Robocop knock-off, this movie is actually really solid/entertaining.

i dont know this movie or show directly but if my memory is correct I think this character is in the same universe as one of the japanese super sentai series… that or they had a crossover.
For what I assume is an old movie, that outfit has held up amazingly well.
