They are booked out, because the insurance makes them go thru mutliple loops, wasting an insane amount of time. My dentist had to make 4 separate appointments for a root canal/crown, because the insurance required proving each sub-procedure, with x-ray for each one of them, that otherwise wouldn’t be required. and I could’ve had it done in two.
is your dentist charge for each appt? i had to go 3 different dentists before i was able to get a crown, after root canal, after a emergency visit, i am pay out of pocket, i mininmized the cost by using yelp, and other review sites.
