This is it.

“When ballots are submitted to USPS in large-volume batches, if any one ballot in the batch cannot be verified against the Portal, all ballots in that batch will be rejected. For example, if a state election official brings a batch of 10,000 ballots to USPS and USPS is unable to match just one of those ballots against the Portal—because, for example, someone has recently changed their name after marriage or they’ve moved—then USPS would refuse to mail the remaining 9,999 ballots as well.”

    There’s no “it”.

They’re working on a bunch of things. The swing against them needs to be too big to fake.

The conservatives are well known for being extremely adept at rat-fucking.

They always run government badly, but they suddenly kick into high-gear galaxy-brain when they are working at dreaming up rat-fucking schemes to destroy democracy.

A lot of it is just “flail wildly and hope nobody stops you”

Bush v Gore was won when a bunch of campaign flaks simply stormed an office on Miami-Dade and intimidated the staff into halting the recount.

Like, that wasn’t a good plan on it’s face. And it failed to win in state court. And it didn’t even halt recounts statewide. But it did get the case up to a stacked court, where a majority of Republican SC judges could simply annoint Bush the winner.

Similarly, Ohio in 2004 was decided thanks to a rigged recount process. But because the case dragged out into 2007… what was anyone going to do about it? Bush wasn’t going to stop being president halfway through his second term.

As often as not, these elections turn on what people can get away with. They aren’t decided by genius plots by brilliant strategists so much as shameless acts of political vandalism that go uncontested.

If they don’t like the results, there is nothing to say that these assholes just won’t accept the results.

Thats what I keep wondering, theyre crying constantly about an election six years ago, how do we force them to accept the results?

I wonder if some R congresscritters would be relived to get voted out and go raise chickens somewhere.

Maybe if you can tempt a few of them into a sweet heart multi-million book deal for “saving democracy,” then they might flip. Mike Pence knows.

Yeah, they didn’t accept it in their heads last time. And donnie’s terrible bootlicks still, when being questioned by Congress, cannot even answer who won the 2020 election without utterly beclowning themselves. Their wives and their children and grandchildren should be ashamed to acknowledge them. It’s embarrassing for the country, too.

I mean this time around they may take active measures to not even seat the winners.
