Krita might be more than you’re looking for, but it’s a solid art program.

It’s a multimedia specialist distro. Any idea how much of storage kolourpaint occupies ?

Could this be a reason why it’s not opening on my windows 10 laptop ??

Well, I don’t know about latex, but you could probably make a halfway-decent oil-based paint with clay.

Not sure which oils you should use, but I’m willing to bet there’s quite a few that would be fairly compatible.

        I was joking.

Although it did make me wonder about the open sourcedness of paint and paint products for non-computer usage.

There is this whole paint carry-on, when some noob tried to legally restrict a paint colour. Resulted in others responding with an ‘open source’ black paint being released. (3rd paragraph)

Didn’t the person who developed the “pinkest pink” allow everyone to use it… except for the guy who tried to restrict vantablack, as a reciprocal !fuckyouinparticular@lemmy.world?

Edit: LOL, that exact story is one of the top posts on that sub.

    I’m using Tux Paint.

Has kiddie sound effects, just mute to skip them if needed.
