I mean, yeah, that’s magic I guess. So if Wolverine got Scarlet Witch to give him HRT, he’d have titties in a jiffy.
She can alter reality, so she could just skip the HRT and re-imagine him as a woman, or an elephant, or a cloud of sentient dust.
