Quick search didn’t reveal it had ActivityPub or AT Protocol(?). So, not sure it can be federated with.
Also, quick look at the site FAQ shows they have ads and pay “content creators”. My personnal opinion, I’m not sure these are the kind of people we would want to federate with.
I wouldn’t mind them federating, but they don’t seem to be interested in doing so. Honestly it seems doomed though, without federation or a massive amount of cash any new platform isn’t going to take off.
If you compare it to piefed it shows how powerful federation can be in bootstrapping a new system from zero.
