Once a stoat wandered through my apartment. At the time I had a bit of a mouse problem. It was so surreal seeing this white noodle slink across my floor like a living squirmle.
They’re just Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance fans, don’t worry about it.
Over the course of 2 decades I had 8 different ferrets. They all did this; it was adorable and hilarious.

I’ve had a few friends that had weasels and they did this to me. I thought it was just them being cute.
I did not realize that they were trying to build up their limit breaker to kill and eat me.
To be fair, a lot of ‘play’ behaviour in cats and dog is largely hunting instinct behaviour too.
They also do it when they play with each other, so they probably were just being cute.

Can confirm. I had a ferret that would jump onto the back of our terrier after war dancing around it. After witnessing that a few times we kept them separated. Our dog had no chill and didn’t want to play that way.
