There is a reason why they tell you not to vape THC in airports or planes. Airline personnel are frequently tested and second hand exposure could lose them their jobs. Which is why if someone is caught smoking to vaping in a plane bathroom, the flight is cancelled and the plane emergency lands to immediately test all personnel. Then, the asshole who lit up gets a flight ban and sued for the cost of the flight.
You can’t get second hand exposure from someone drinking alcohol in your vacinity. You can from someone smoking or vaping. Given the toxin is literally airborne.
