I want to see those files just as much as everyone else but, if this had come from a different judge, I don’t think we’d see it as quite so egregious. If the prossecution made a habit of releasing materials about a suspect when they’ve been blocked from prosecuting we would be pissed.

That said, I can see an argument that these are very special circumstances.
