I am trying to listen to more Christian music and to be honest when it comes to secular music, I have a very basic taste ( I listen to Taylor swift, Lizzy mcalpine, Noah Kahan, Tate Mcrea, Sabrina carpenter, kelsea ballerini). When it comes to Christian music I listen to Brooke Lightwood, Josiah Queen, Hillsong and Francesca Battistelli and that’s about it I can’t seem to find anything that is actually good I listen to the same handful of artist and songs over and over and I would just like some music to listen to kind of help balance it out.
Any recommendations?
I have to say, the best contemporary Christian music came out of the late 1990s through the early 2000s. The music is generally excellent, irrespective of its message.
Hillsong is also from that era.

There are many more, including quasi-Christian music like Amy Grant, but these artists had a knack for making Christian music that even non-Christians would want to listen to.
You should also check out an old compilation series called WoW Hits (yes, a riff on the NOW series), it started in 1996, and it’s a great place to start if you’re looking for new artists.

There’s a radio station that plays really good Christian music. Radio U. You can listen online, and find new stuff that you’ll like.
Edit: just a disclaimer, I haven’t listened to that station in at least 10 years - but I do listen to some of the bands I learned about from that station, even now that I’m no longer christian
Most of it sounds identical. And no.
