This makes me feel better about exchanging all US index funds in my 401k into International index funds. I may regret this because markets can be irrational for a long time, but it certainly feels like the US is circling the drain. The fallout will impact International of course, but what else is there to invest in?
To be fair, Notepad++ is an excellent piece of software, and I still miss it on Linux. Specifically, I miss the feature that can highlight the same text strings in different colors throughout a document. It’s valuable when going through logs while troubleshooting something.
Smaller companies, maybe. But bigger companies will have a ‘Security and Compliance’ department which will force everyone to use a company-supported platform. It goes beyond OS too. Unapproved apps, even if you are allowed to install them, may not connect to company resources.
GPS will still work. I believe it’s referring to recording of GPX tracks.

If you are referring to a self-contained end user app then I’d recommend Mullvad. If you are referring to a protocol and want to DIY a vpn tunnel to your VPS, then Wireguard. Mullvad uses Wireguard.
