Last week I canceled HBO. They increased prices and if I did not want that, I’d have to watch ads. I’m not watching ads. And they did not provide enough value to increase the price. Vote with your wallet. I certainly do.

Screw it, play one. If you don’t like that, don’t bother with the rest. If you do like it, play the others and connect the dots. What is there to lose?
The problem obviously being that it is not the browser they want you too use, so they create “a problem”.
My steam is set to always open the library. I only go to the store if I want to buy another game. My library is full of games I have not played yet, so there is really no point in adding to that list unless I’m playing something with friends on a LAN party or something.
Even worse. Recently I was watching a video in Dutch, and it decided to automatically translate the sound to English. AI generated. That was just…it sounded so fucked up.
And why does YouTube think it needs to do that? If I want that, I’ll so it myself.
Well technically cars can go underwater. They just cannot get out because they stop working.
What do you mean lots of experience? She knows what she likes and know how to please a man too? Oh no! Stay as far away as possible and give me her number because I think that is just what I want!
Chatbots are crap. I had to talk to one with my ISP when I had issues. Within one minute I had to request it to connect me to a real person. The problem I was having was not a standard issue, so of course the bot did not understand at all… And I don’t need a bot to give me all the standard solutions, I’ve already tried all of that before I even contact customer support.
Well, it’s almost correct. It’s just one letter off. Maybe if we invest millions more it will be right next time.
Or maybe it is just not accurate and never will be…I will not every fully trust AI. I’m sure there are use cases for it, I just don’t have any.
Given that it’s people who work for the government, expectations are already low, if no training is provided results will be even worse and last but not least, if the product is absolutely crap, why would you continue using it?
Made the mistake of buying a Xiaomi for my wife. Fuck that phone. Everything that comes stock on the phone contains ads. Some you can turn off, some you can’t.
Fuck Xiaomi.
Very cute. You can hand out an extra treat on my account. Dogs are amazing.
Wages or health insurance are a very known cost, with a known return. At some point the curve flattens and the return gets less and less for the money you put in. That means there is a sweet spot, but most companies don’t even want to invest that much to get to that point.
AI however, is the next new thing. It’s gonna be big, huge! There’s no telling how much profit there is to be made!
Because nobody has calculated any profits yet. Services seem to run at a loss so far.
However, everybody and their grandmother is into it, so lots of companies feel the pressure to do something with it. They fear they will no longer be relevant if they don’t.
And since nobody knows how much money there is to be made, every company is betting that it will be a lot. Where wages and insurance are a known cost/investment with a known return, AI is not, but companies are betting the return will be much bigger.
I’m curious how it will go. Either the bubble bursts or companies slowly start to realise what is happening and shift their focus to the next thing. In the latter case, we may eventually see some AI develop that is useful.
His people are dieing everyday, but Zelensky has to look at hats. What has the world come too? Why is a todler elected to such a powerful position?
I have the three others, I’ll probably buy this if it’s not too hefty priced.
In my honest amateur opinion karate seems more about both strikes and kicks, while the other one is basically almost all kicks.
Either would be fine I suppose. Also depends what you want to get out of it. Both sports will make a kid tired, both will have some sort of discipline build in.
Why decide now? Try both, see what the kid likes better. At a young age it is mostly about who their friends are and what they are doing anyway.
Imagine if they get hacked. They would never tell…or they would lose their whole customer base. Although they would still have their data I guess…
I use them everyday. I work in logistics. Trick number one is to have special tape that isn’t as loud when unrolling it.
Tip number two is just use your finger to put the first bit on, hold it with the finger and do the rest. At the end, push the top part against the box to make the knife cut the tape.
Wipe over the tape with your finger if needed, some tapes and kinds of carton don’t have much holding power. If you move your fingers over the tape, you’ll heat up the glue and it will stick better.
Troll post. Not falling for it. Bye.
