Max got mugged by Piastri holy moly
Ok that’s a McLaren 1-2 unless we get a repeat of Australia or Max murders someone
Thank you for the insight. Yeah, I expected the “cultural” talking points to be pretty similar across the western countries, including Poland, where I live.
The vast majority of pro-meat arguments I hear are based on these conservative ideas mixed with a large dose of protectionism, so any progress tends to be very slow.
But I think here we’ve passed the low point and common sense is slowly gaining ground.
This topic got ridiculously politicized, so hopefully once people get tired of the debate they will be more willing to consider the economic/health/environment/etc. aspects, not just cultural.

Could you give me some more context on this? Is it the usual “phytoestrogen will make you a girl” or agricultural industry propaganda?
I feel like the EU in general has been quite pro-animal agriculture (for example plant-based milk can’t be sold as “milk”), but how is it in Germany specifically?
How can you be P1 in quali but not on pole?
Red Bull have demonstrated why I’m not a fan of increasing the pit speed limit. Antonelli was aware enough to bail, but he got blocked in such a way he almost hit the pit crew.
Another sloppy overtake attempt from Lawson, he’s not really making any progress there, is he?
Bearman just got a +5s for unsafe release, so Yuki is P8, potentially P7 if Lawson gets a penalty.
Edit: +5s for Lawson, currently at 6 penalty points. +5s for Albon for exceeding SC delta. My fantasy team got so rekt 💀
Something something Norris Miami safety car
Antonelli was pretty good in the wet last time, let’s see how he does
On media day? Impressive pace management from Emilia Verstappen.

Yes, e-bikes take more resources to manufacture, especially the battery, but:
While manufacturing an e-bike is more resource intensive than a pushbike, lifetime CO2 emissions of an e-bike can be lower, because a motor is more efficient than human muscles.
If someone has an E-bike, depending on how they use it, it’s possible that it will replace more car trips than a pushbike would. E-bikes also require less physical fitness, which again can increase uptake among people who aren’t as fit or have health problems, for example.
This video is worth a watch: Simon Clark - How bad are electric bikes for the environment?
They will need infrastructure and processes in place for the next set of regulations anyway. If they’re willing to spend the money, surely it’s beneficial to gain some experience and not start from scratch in 2030 or whenever.
That is correct. The train is an Avelia Liberty, and the cattle wagon is an exhibit in the Auschwitz museum.

Bwoah that was close for Alonso
What’s Red Bull’s game here? I think they lost 2-3 seconds to Piastri already by pitting late
