I do turn on some music occasionally, and I keep the screen visible to be able to tell the time. But I don’t touch it often while showering, only to reactivate the AOD if it turns off for it not being light enough in the bathroom for its taste.

Same here. I wanna study compsci, do some research into things I pick up as being interesting along the way, then work on FOSS for as much as I can (without burning myself out, or anything like that). The world doesn’t appreciate FOSS enough, but it could very well be the future of computing, as our capitalistic society quickly gets fucked up :')
Draw me like one of your french girls
Hmm for me everything is fine, incl. boot times, only the sleep/hibernate function doesn’t work… Good luck figuring out your other problems 😅
Ah, so Russia wants to create rifts between Eastern and Western Europe, got it!
In theory, if designed in advance, this shouldn’t be too bad right? Make the lines separate audio files, and when one ends (or is x% finished), trigger the next. Would probably suck to implement now the full game is out already, though. And for relatively little benefit (saying this as a trans/NB person) so I get why they didn’t add it after (or near) release. I do hope the next game does this better, though.
Oh nice, thanks for the help DEA
Not the issue in this case, I disabled all forms of wake on USB from both a BIOS/UEFI level and Linux. There were problems with Ryzen 7000 but that should have been fixed with driver updates supposedly… But maybe gigabyte is just that shite lol. At least the board wasn’t too expensive when I bought it where I live
I do have swap space that is larger than my physical memory.
Do you mean AM5?
If so I’ve had (am having) issues with it too… It’s mostly fine, but the one thing I CANNOT figure out is sleep/hibernate… As soon as it enters sleep or hibernates, it immediately turns back on. And I can’t find the related settings in my BIOS that are mentioned online. That’s what I get for buying revision 1.0 gigabyte I guess…
It’s raining open the door :((
Joke’s on you, my client has swipe actions so this made me downvote it (I didn’t get a choice in the matter sorry)
can’t
Yeah likely story, dramaqueen 😤
I mean, what you say is mostly true. But part of the performance is in fact listed - the cheaper RAM has a higher clock speed. The latency may be higher, or it may not be. But in many cases higher clock speeds are more important than the latency.
Probably similar, there are multiple terms that keep getting changed because they are offensive to someone or another… High functioning, low support needs, and presumably level 1 are the same thing. Note: haven’t fact checked, for all I know level 1 could be high support needs.
If someone hands me this and expects me to eat with it, I’d hurt them.
