I fell apart. But now I’ve put myself back together and doing so I’m quit drinking and smoking and I’ve eliminated every single narcissist in my life. They are still alive. They’re just not near me. Lol. I’m here if you have any questions about how that worked, but I have AuDHD, PDA, CPTSD and life is still hard. Filling my days with education and focusing on diet and health is key.

These are definitely steps in the right direction.
