I tend to agree with you on most points.

However, some other people have taken a more cautious approach. I think currently the censuses is leaning toward, best not to.

I see your point about parts breaking apart being a concern.

How familiar are you with TPU? It’s quite durable and robust. It’s a plastic currently used in many dog toys. Between that and Part of me feels like TPU being a soft plastic that would minimize risk.

I think you might have nailed it on advice. Based on what you and others are saying it sounds like an enclosure is in order.

I was wondering about glue? I’ve been using it on the build plate on the giga. To be honest though, I don’t even bother gluing pla or PETG prints on my smaller printers that have textured PEI build plates.
Understandably though, it makes sense the larger build area and lack of enclosure would make adhesion more difficult.

I noticed a bit of wobble when it was printing the arches at higher heights. I think you are again right in that speed needs to be reduced.

Viewed from a historical perspective, it’s hard to see how the non-incombent didn’t have a really good advantage.

Hindsight can always be 20/20, and think a Buttigieg/Kelly ticket would have done a bit better. Buttigieg has been in charge of infrastructure, which I believe has been well run. He’s from the rust belt, and is more familiar with the working class vs the candidate with California Progressive with a DA background.

Ultimately though, I think the fault lies with the Democratic Party hijacking the primary process.
