I love frozen veg on my plate it’s nice and crunchy.
If you’re open to a suggestion I find swapping the veggies to a Normandy or Melody blend tossed with salt, pepper, garlic powder with a little olive oil and oven roasted taste better. IMO. Milage will vary
It appears that you’ve wafted the mere essence of the glaze on that tofu. It’s like you showed the tofu a picture of the glaze for a mere second and took it away. Where’s the glaze mate!?
