You can be bankrupted if you have a heart attack or broken leg, and that’s even with insurance
There is so much money to go around, and yet people die from treatable diseases
People ration insulin and die as a result
Those who have a good life only do so because of the suffering of others
It’s a cruel, shitty place
I spend a lot of time in the US, which I’d rather not do, but that’s just how it is for the moment
