They want to be able to come back to their land and live on it.
They believe, as they should that they will get their land back to share peacefully with their families and neighbors even sharing it with Jewish people, maybe not Israelis but just Jewish people in a land with equal rights for all.
I guess the Palestinians didn’t get the memo, otherwise they would be poisoning the wells before they get pushed off.
