There was a large lawsuit in the UK in 2025 with 3000 claimants against Johnson & Johnson regarding their Baby Powder, and sale of baby powder has been stopped in the UK in 2023. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c797wv928g8o for a source.

It is practically inseperable from asbestos, and they appear side by side/intermingled, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talc#Association_with_asbestos But the replacements using Corn Starch are fine (and in my experience it also works pretty good)!
