“I think all Americans — Democrat, Republican — should agree that we are the greatest country in the history of the world. We should have the safest and most secure elections in the history of the world,” Leavitt said.
“And what the president will be speaking about tonight will show you that perhaps that is not the case, and we need to make some adjustments moving forward, including the SAVE America Act,” she added, referring to the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE America) Act.
Leavitt pushed back against questions from reporters about why Trump won’t let go of the claims that the 2020 election was stolen and that he views this as more important than the economy and conflict with Iran.
“You’re jumping ahead to a conclusion in the speech before even hearing it yourself,” she said. “I think that everyone should tune in tonight, including the people in this room, and you should report on the president’s speech and the findings that he is going to reveal in the speech with a little bit of honesty and a little bit of integrity because … it will shock you if you have an honest eye listening to the president tonight.”
There are 4 boxes as related to a healthy democracy: the soapbox, ballot box, jury box, and ammo box.
The jury box didn’t work out with Judge Canon protecting him. The soapbox isn’t being healthy with how controlled it is. Now they’re going to fuck with the ballot box; a power reserved to the states. The only things that even allows the feds anywhere near that are the 15th, 19th, and 25th Amendments.
Now they’re trying to go beyibd that and take away the ballot box? That will ultimately leave only 1 box left.

It’s not gonna stop me, is it gonna stop you?
Why are people so brain dead with their individualism? It’s not about you! I’m gonna assume you’re white and/or don’t have a family that you support.
You’re not “brave”. You’re either privileged or stupid if you don’t realize that having ICE agents at polling stations is going to intimidate people. Not because they are “cowards” or whatever you’re trying to imply. But because the average mother or father aren’t going to risk their family being separated or imprisoned.
You’re not brave for going to vote. If you want to be brave, go use your privilege on election day, organize with other privileged people, arm yourselves, and remove ICE from your city.
If you’re not willing to take THAT risk. Then stfu about your heroic act of “going to vote” when you clearly have no worry of consequence.
See my other comment where I call out my fellow white males to use our privilege and volunteer to escort people to polling places.
Respect. But, in the context I replied to I’ll still stand behind what my initial comment. Cheers.
