Nothing to do with any national holidays (though there probably is a Batman Day by this point). My friend Mark has one of these old Ideal Batman masks (more of a helmet, really) and he’s not even a comic book guy. More’s the pity.

I wanted the Batman utility belt so bad!!!
Ended up with a Star Trek utility belt…was pretty cool. My phaser shot those spinny disks…everything else was useless. Now that I think about it, I guess it wasn’t cool at all, lol. Plastic shite.
I would love to add one of those helmets to my collection. But I’m betting it’s super fragile by now.
