I, the individual posting under the username PapaSkwat, hereby issue this formal declaration regarding the celestial body known as asteroid (468) Lina (also designated 1901 FZ, A915 PA, and A918 EB), a member of the Themis asteroid family in the outer main asteroid belt.

I assert sovereignty over asteroid (468) Lina and claim exclusive territorial rights to the body in its entirety. This claim is made for the purpose of establishing a permanent, self-sustaining human presence through peaceful means.

My intended use of (468) Lina includes: The creation of a small, self-sufficient community focused on exploration and sustainable living.

All activities will be conducted exclusively for peaceful purposes. I commit to the free sharing of scientific data, research findings, and technological developments with the people of Earth for the benefit of humanity.
