Observing this with how Trump presented himself in 2014, and Fetterman.
      Will Platner reengage this strat?

        I don’t think so.

Both parties came out hard against Platner, and they only do that against people who they know mean it when they say they’ll vote against the billionaires, like Sanders or Mamdani. They swift-boated Sanders as a supposed sexist and Mamdani as a supposed jihadist or whatever.

It’s nice to see that all the shit-slinging by the Democrats and their buddies in the media hasn’t amounted to anything.

Shit with mandami they went so far as to stage an independent general campaign. Literally threw all that vote blue no matter who garbage out the window as soon as it was convenient to them.

True, but in 2014, Donald was a similar upstart candidate, and one with a history of supporting progressive causes and cozying up with Democrats.

We now know that Donald is whoever he surrounds himself with, but at the time, the politics made it make sense for Republicans to oppose him.

Then please continue proceed with caution when someone promises to act in a progressive cause, all the while having populist power. As progressives, we have to be ready to oppose those that wish to oppress us.
