1000%. People think old is bad. I’m polar opposite and usually prefer old over new before everything turned to shit.
Slightly old is great. Most things fail very early on or after a long time. Get things known to survive that initial period.
Remember when a fridge, freezer or washing machine lasted decades? When items were repairable and weren’t designed with planned obsolescence
There was a local site that was abit like facebook marketplace but without… Facebook. It was really good, i bought so much stuff there that people didn’t need anymore. I loved it. Now it got too big and you mostly just find ebay offers there or resellers that sell shit from alibaba and temu. Kinda the same thing that happened to ebay back in the day.
Refurbished is great when you know who is refurbishing it
Just gotta be wary of factory refurbished versus 3p refurbished, there’s a lot of variance when its not from a factory
