This looks promising.
They are already much farther than I thought!
I love the visuals and the prospect of one day walking through my beloved Vvardenfell like that is totally exciting!

Didn’t Fallout 4 ship with a broken quest and they just never fixed it? Like no matter what you do to try and resolve the quest the entire settlement becomes hostile, even if you otherwise do so diplomatically. I think it’s called Covenant
Yeah. It’s been a long time but Human Error, the quest that takes place in Covenant, was one of the first quests they made. Your character comments on things like you do in the first Vault and basically nowhere else. They fixed it though, but the settlement basically isn’t good. The good ending is them turning on you because they’re the bad guys. Well, they’re humans who hate synths and torture people they think might be synths. So basically evil. The bad ending is to continue letting them do that.
I do think they changed it to where you can keep the settlement, but some parts are still broken, like the turrets will always be hostile or something.
Starfield’s pirate quest line could be broken with no resolution and it was random. When you had to destroy or defend the three space turrets, the quest line would randomly lock up and there was no way to advance. It took them a whole bit I think they did fix it. They were having a hard time replicating it.
I’ve gotten it to work once or twice, it’s very broken though. they clearly ment for it to be a heavily scripted set of events like you’d see in a vault not too different from the vault you get Curie from, but it’s totally convoluted and no one explains what’s happening and the directions the game gives you are vague and unhelpful, but you basically have to go into specific buildings at specific times and hide in specific places in the right order to trigger all the events and then it sort of makes sense, but if you go from step A to step K the game just skips you to that point in the scripted events without telling you it skipped crucial story info and you’ll have no idea your need to go clear out a cave system near the town. so it’s not broken if you happen to accidently trigger all the events in the right order, but you need a detailed guide to do that. your usually just going to mess to the order then need to do stuff without being told you need to do it.
