Yeah he made some very widely spread racist pen and ink cartoons, including the extremely widespread “happy merchant” one featuring a Jewish man with hooked nose, curly hair and beard, kippah and fat lips.

His cartoons look absolutely nothing like the bottom two pictures. I know you don’t like that I’m persisting with this, but given that you could have said something like “yeah, the resemblance is really only with the top two” at any point, that’s on you.

Maybe you expected me to just not contradict you because you’re partially right? Tough titties, you were partially wrong, and getting the facts right on this is important. “Not a fucking research paper”? Take some pride in what you write, instead of giving in to the post truth era. Incorrect accusations of racism are harmful.
