In the middle of my subscription I was downgraded so I no longer could do multiple hops. Why is this? I pay my $10 bucks every month. Has anyone else experianced this? Edit Solved!

Multi-hop is still available and included in the Pro plan.
We are in the middle of rolling out major upgrades for IVPN accounts, including new services available for Pro plans. During this rollout process we made an error which disabled Multi-hop in IVPN apps. We are working on the fix, it will be resolved today.
With this note I’m also sharing some good news - IVPN Pro device limits have been raised to 10 from previous 7, starting today.
