Dunno if problem solving thoughts are helpful but I always find doodling mindlessly while watching something or something is happening in the background is what gets me doing art again

Mostly my deal is bad work life balance. I do a job I love and a job i hate but the one i love doesn’t pay well and the one i hate pays terrible for the hours involved. Got a week off from the bad job and then I just got my energy back.
