In an interview with Sky News on Tuesday morning, Courts Minister Sarah Sackman was asked for her “reflections on the evidence that has come to light”.

She replied: “You watch footage like that and what you see is the realities of war, and in particular the way that civilians right across the region, not just in Iran but the wider region, are caught up in military conflict.”

She then specifically criticised Iran, saying: "And those who target civilians, in particular the Iranian regime, that kind of action is appalling.

    Oh I know this, we had a word for it in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars too. It’s mere “collateral damage”. Removing the humanity from victims of murder.

    But then this is about the US, where school shootings are ten a penny and met with “thoughts and prayers.”

    So, either lying through her teeth or - can’t believe I’m about to say this - she needs to spend more time on twitter. She would see it laid out clearly by all posters there that the school bombing didn’t need to happen. When do you ever need to bomb schools?? Two times in a row? Ridiculous.
