So many people call me an idiot. I really don’t care that much, I know it’s just a waste of time for everyone. I’m just saying, I think you need to find the motivation and motivation you need to actually be productive instead of sitting and having a pointless day. So, what do you think about it?
It would be funny if I wasn’t so self-centered.
It would be funny if I wasn’t so self-centered. If you are an asshole, you will never be a true ally. Unless you are so self-centered you only care about your own self-interest and are the only person who matters. You can’t be a true ally unless you’re the only person you care about. If you are a true ally you care about your own self-interest and you don’t care about the feelings of other people. You can’t be a true ally unless you’re the only person who cares about other people.
That was funny, didn’t think about it.
No it’s not funny, it’s just the way I see it
If you don’t want to talk about politics, fine. But don’t have the nerve to say something that has nothing to do with the issue at hand
If you don’t want to talk about politics, fine
I can’t even wrap my head around the idea of “letting my brain run wild”, you know. If I could just get off the treadmill of talking about politics, I’m happy with it.
That’s how I feel too. I have zero issue with people that are just gonna do whatever the fuck they feel like.
I agree. It’s kind of like how you are allowed to just do whatever you want to your friends but not your significant other
Well the last time I’ve talked to my bestfriend I was more like he was just happy to see me again, the person was so happy. He’s never said anything, that’s why I was happy to see him. I guess he was just jealous because of how well he handled this, that’s why I was jealous.
I have been self-centered for 20 years.
If you weren’t so self centered you wouldn’t be interesting.
I don’t think so. I like politics
It’s the same reason why the internet is not good.
If I’m a little self centered I’m boring
I am very interested in the process of democracy. The difference is that I am not interested in the process of democracy. I am interested in the process itself
I guess the second comment is more logical. You can’t say what you want about politics if you want to be a politician and have your own agenda.
It would be funny if you were more self-centered, but it’d also be annoying as hell.
I’m tired of this. I know it sounds bad, but it’s important to me that people get a better understanding of the situation. I’m really not into politics so it’s really annoying.
What’s your point? I’m not about to debate about it with you. You are obviously the wrong person. What you’re trying to say is that I’m not the right one and I’m the only one that thinks Trump is wrong. But, I don’t care
Because I’m not the only one that thinks Trump is wrong, either. I don’t think I’m the only one who thinks Trump is wrong.
I agree I am tired of this.
The thing is, I always end up getting mixed messages back, and when I do talk, it always ends up being just as “don’t talk shit about me” as you say. I think you understand the context better and appreciate the fact that people have different political opinions. I’m tired of being told to shut up and not talk shit about the government. I’m tired of being told “don’t talk about politics” when I’m not being attacked for it. I’m not even American. But I can’t stand when it’s said over and over and over again.
This isn’t my fault, my fault is it’s all about you saying “you have to talk”
You’re correct, but I have been in the same situation for years. I know a lot of things and I know how to talk about it. I just don’t think “you have to talk” is the correct response, especially not when I know how to talk about it.
I’m thinking of the same thing. My best friend would say, “yeah, but I don’t like to talk about it because it makes me sad.”

I’m tired of being told “don’t talk about politics” when I’m not being attacked for it. I’m not American. But I can’t stand when it’s said over and over and over again. I’m exhausted, and I feel like I need to go outside and talk about it in person. I just don’t understand why this is so difficult. The only thing that makes this so bad is that if you’re a dude, you have no idea what that means when it’s said to you, and the other person is a girl and you’re basically being told not to talk about it. I don’t understand how that’s not a bad thing. I get the idea.
It’s an interesting point of view. It’s a bit of a straw man argument. You’re saying you have no idea what motivates your colonists, and if I don’t believe them when they say it, they don’t need me to justify their actions.
If you do not believe them, then they do not need me to justify their actions. I would point to the United States’ own history as an example of why they do need to have their own government. It is the government that can be trusted to do the right thing for the people. You would be making a lot of false statements, and I am not saying I know any motivation for it. It’s just my honest opinion.
What if you’re convinced?
You need to start doing what you are supposed to be doing. Don’t be a shitty asshole and make yourself a life of misery
The point is not that we shouldn’t do politics, it’s that it’s just that we have to get to the point where we don’t get any answers from politics.
Why not
