      Also, aristocrats in name only, since 1918. They may have had hereditary wealth, but their legal status was no different from any other citizen.

      I was similarly perplexed, it sure looks like it. I was thinking the photo is AI because of that.

      For context: that kind of plastic did not exist in 1955

      Looks like paper or frosted glass to my eye. I’ve seen this image before, nut im afraid I don’t remember how long ago, so it could be ai or modified.
