No clue, but its all from one account spamming all the replies, so probably a bot or someone trying to derail legitimate conversation since its taking over the thread. I had to pull it back up to see what you were talking about and have blocked that account now that you pointed it out. Modern social media, more blocks than follows.

Who are these rubes sitting on Grand Juries that don’t see through the nakedly political nature of this type of charges?

Grand juries only hear the prosecution. There’s no defense. They only need a simple majority to indict. And if the prosecutor doesn’t get an indictment, they can just try again. There’s no double jeopardy protection at this stage.

Noteworthy, all those times when prosecutor’s “couldn’t get an indictment” for the police killing someone, it’s because they didn’t want to.

Mostly correct, but its not a simple majority, it is 12 members. The prosecution must convince 12 members of the grand jury, and it can be 16-22 members large.

This corrupt regime is literally prosecuting her because she rented a house she purchased instead of living in it (Mortgage fraud).

WASHINGTON (AP) — New York Attorney General Letitia James was indicted Thursday in a mortgage fraud case that President Donald Trump urged his Justice Department to bring after vowing retribution against some of his biggest political enemies.

This first paragraph says it all, it’s a political revenge, nothing more.

The difference between this case and all the cases against Republicans that were prosecuted for fraud and you know, january 6, is that a) no politician targetted anyone of them, it was the justice departement doing this because b) they actually committed crimes

As per usual, expect this case to be thrown out at the earliest convenience, she won’t go to jail, but trump “can” now claim she is a “criminal” who he “prosecuted”, victory!
