I just want to know what you guys think.I’m not sure if it counts as an official sub, but I can’t think of any other examples of thisAhh that’s a good point. you could make an example of a person who was at the peak (or at least the peak) in their own field and then stopped, but didn’t really care anymore. Or someone with a career where they were at or near retirement age, and then started a new job and ended up not having She’s at the end of his rope. the person who started the conversation is at the beginning of their own.

    A good example would be a man like Sir William Percy or Sir Henry Percy, both of whom worked for the government in the early 17th and early 18th centuries, often doing both in the same day jobs, but were highly regarded for their service to their country (Sir William being the one that became Lord Protector and Sir Henry the one that became Lord Protector himself).
