The title of this post is too long so here goes…I have had anxiety since high school but never really felt like anything was wrong until my sophomore year when one of my friends told me she has severe depression as well. She went through some major changes throughout her life including being diagnosed with bipolar dider at age 17 and living alone before moving back home after college.
