My doctor screened me for mild depression (I had a major life change recently) and we were able to improve it with some basic lifestyle changes and a vitamin D supplement. Everyone is different, but the solution they propose isn’t always medication.

They already did. See the top of their post

Corn Flakes are good.
Keep on keeping on, friend! You can do this! Remember your goals, remember why you started this journey. Know that a relapse doesn’t remove the knowledge and experience you’ve gained along the way.
Finally, a city that gets it!
I think your edit is cool. I can’t say the same for the fact that you called everyone who downvoted poor and catless. Maybe it would be a better fit in memes or onehundredninetysix?
Yeah, it didn’t save much water when I was single. Half the time I didn’t even fill the wash sink.
I’m not sure what you mean. I fully wash the dish in the wash water, then put it in the straight hot rinse water for a minute or so before putting it in the drainer to air dry. The hot water helps them air dry faster and rinses the soap off. If the rinse water is any less than completely clear, I’m not washing the properly, and I drain and refresh the rinse sink. In my opinion it saves water over rinsing each dish under running water.
Idk about others, but I have one sink for wash water, and one for rinse water.
That’s fair. I have 14 years of experience reading man pages, thanks for sharing the tools!
Nope, it was written “Q-ing” on the “Q-ing Oven” itself, as well as in the training materials and manuals!
Because they were advertising their app on Meta’s platforms.
When I worked at McDonald’s in 2015, we called it Q-ing. That’s what the official term was. We got in trouble for calling it anything else.
I got fired for being late with no written warnings. They walked me off the campus and everything. I was basically in tears. (In hindsight, they probably didn’t need me anymore, and didn’t want to give me notice. They probably also wanted me to be able to claim unemployment.) I was emotionally wrecked for months, even after I got a new job. The good news for me is that about 6 months after I got fired, I met the woman who would become my wife. We are now happily married. Keep on keeping on, friend!
