I know conservative media has been trying to make AOC the next Hillary, but I really can’t get a feel for how effective they’ve been. I know the smears have been running consistently for years, now, but AOC is a genuine populist and a lot of the Republican base claims to be on board with those principals. Hillary’s policies were indistinguishable from any other moderate democrat.
