I don’t have a problem with trucks for doing truck things.
The problem is when they become personal luxury vehicles.
None of those trucks has ever done “truck things”. They’re just unnecessary penis extensions; gotta get a bigger truck than the next guy and never use it for anything.
That’s what I meant, definitely. When crew cab is standard, it ain’t a truck anymore. It’s an SUV with a bed instead of a rear cargo area.
Really, the bed of a truck is just a shitty alternative to a van. You should get a truck if you’re pulling stuff, not if you’re carrying stuff because trucks suck for carrying stuff.
